The Drinks Box is a converted 1970’s Horse Trailer Mobile Bar. In the last year we’ve experienced a lot of demand for this type of mobile bar, especially at weddings.

Which is why we wanted to let you know a little bit about us and how we could potentially help you deliver an incredible wedding day for your clients.

We’re all about being a stress free supplier and want to take some of the pressure of you. Read on to find out more about the following:

A Unique Bar Experience…

At The Drinks Box we aim to offer your clients a professional and unique bar experience for their wedding.

We understand that each wedding is unique, therefore we offer bespoke hire packages, tailored to their special day.

We are happy to supply the drink with our bar, as an all inclusive cost, or you are more than welcome to hire the bar, staff and or equipment only.

Our menu includes a variety of champagne, prosecco, red/white wines, beers, ciders, ales, spirits & mixers and soft drinks. We can also offer coffees and teas from our retro espresso machine.

Our Standard Hire Package Includes

Our booking fee is just £250

3 Staff

3 is the magic number and that’s how many trained staff are included in the booking fee.

Set up & break down

We’ll arrive and set up within an hour and make sure we are closed down and packed away before the end of the night.

Travel

We’ll travel within 5o miles of Twickenham (TW2), but only charge a small excess per mile for anything further.

Fully stocked bar

We always ask if there are any specific brands of alcohol that the guests would enjoy and purchase these well in time for the big day.

Credit card payments

We use an iZettle and do not charge for any card payments. The network hasn’t failed us yet, but we always test it out in the venue beforehand.

Cocktails

Mojito? Old Fashioned? Jamaican Mule? Tom Collins? What ever the preference, we can put together a bespoke menu.

Day and/or evening hire

We’re happy to provide our bar during the day and/or evening. We’ll even stay around to serve coffees at the end of the night.

Disposable glasses

By default, we serve our drinks in disposable glasses. However, we can source glassware for the wedding.

As we’ve reached out to you, we’d like to waive the £250 booking fee for your clients (not applicable to Dry Hire). Enquire here.

Optional Extras

Additional Staff

Additional staff can be organised for reception drinks, placing and cleaning up table wine.

Glass hire

Glasses in all sizes can be hired additionally.

Pallet bar hire

A rustic indoor and outdoor pallet bar can also be hired. In the past we’ve used this to serve draught beer, ales and cider.

Arrival, table & toast drinks

We can source table wine, champaign/prosecco for toasts and reception drinks and provide a price per head for you.

Draft beer/ale/cider equipment

Kegs and Kegerators can be sourced for those guests who would prefer to have draught beers, ales and ciders.
